Regular servicing and calibration of all autoclaves steam steralizers is now recognised as an essential requirment and should be carried out at regular intervals. There is also a legal obligation under Standards Australia AN/NZS 4187:2014 and AS/NZS 4815-2006 to ensure pressure vessel inspection is carried out annually and a current written scheme of examination document is held on file. The recommended service intervals of the Eclipse range of autoclaves (steam sterilizers) is bi-annually with a pressure vessel inspection carried out annually.
BIOMed Clean offers a fully comprehensive service plan on all Eclipse autoclaves (steam sterilizers), enabling compliance with current guidelines and legislation. The fully comprehensive service plan consists of two service visits at six monthly intervals whereby a routine service schedule is carried out under manufacturer's recommendations and full certification is issued. A pressure vessel inspection is also carried out and a written scheme of examination certificate is issued.
Regular servicing enables technicians to rectify any minor problems that may develop into malfunction at a later date. This prevents costly and unnecessary downtime. In the unlikely event of a fault occuring between scheduled service visits this will be carried out as quickly as possible with no additional charges.
Engineers strive to attend breakdowns within 24 to 48 hours (subject to engineer availability and convenient notice period).
To compliment our Eclipse range of autoclaves, we also provide a range of ultrasonic cleaners, water distillers, medical trolleys and testing products making BIOMed Clean the one stop supplier for all your sterilisation requirements. All our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards and come with a full one year manufacturer’s warranty.
